I hope you're getting things figured out man, you have a lot on your plate but don't give up no matter how hard it feels at times. I know how hard it can be (heck, Ive sat around the last two days because I honestly feel worthless and lethargic as ever) but I keep telling myself that better days are coming. If the next meeting with my endo doesnt go well, I might take a few shifts off from work and make the trip to see Dr. Crisler, because honestly Im in need of getting things right as soon as possible.

      Hey boatman,

Sorry for the delay, I meant to get back to you sooner. Its good to find sites like this, finally have a support group for people dealing with the same issues. Its hard for me to cope with this stuff because nobody around me knows what it feels like/they dont understand. Hows the status on your therapy coming?

      Regards,
      Elliot

Hi, been reading your story. Im male. 23. Ex Olympic Squad member athlete. VERY similar problems. Didnt want to get too busy in this forum chatting just yet but thought id drop you my email/msn if you want to chat. Im stuck at home in bed with all this now so got HEAPS of time to chat. Like you also a med student and well informed on the science of this but its tought without a co-operative Dr and when the symptoms are so hard to figure out and you dont fit into peoples simple boxes for diagnosis.
Look forward to chatting with you, keep positive.
      Simon
