I am 24 yrs old, just got T levels checked and in the 500s. This started 6 years ago, I had some life events, super stressed out for 4 months, after that no erections, no libido, tired, couldn't concentrate at school, didnt get that post workout endorphin high anymore, no drive, etc.. I was 18 at the time when this started, before this libido was sky high, wore a constant erection all day long. I got T levels checked 3 years ago which was 3 years into this funk and they were in the low 300s at 21 years old, doc obviously said im "normal", just got them rechecked last week and in the 500s now, but still the same exact symptoms with no improvement whatsoever. I am 5'10 140lbs, this new doc said I should go see a therapist and if that doesnt work then try viagra. Not sure how viagra will take care of all these symptoms. Going to clean up my diet and exercise for 90 days before getting them rechecked. Like I said this is all stress induced, I can pinpoint exactly the time frame and what caused it. If I see no improvement after 90 days in my symptoms I guess I will go see an endocrinologist. Am I on the right path?

This is just my opinion but for 24 yo,
500 seems to be low. You should check other hormons, T is only a part of the Picture. Also, from my experience, endos are useless in these matters.

I was very similar. Stress at age 26 and I went downhill. TRT, Thyroid etc hasn't helped libido or ED at all. I am now 47.

So, I would be cautious about going down the path of TRT with a level of 500. It may just be the stress you need to address or other issues.
