I am a new member. I am 63years old and relatively healthy. Non-smoker and drinker. Have two missing discs in Lumbar area. Having great difficulty with getting and then retaining erections. Not having climaxes without great effort and time for hardly any climaxes. Can masterbate for hour and more trying to get those sensations precluding ejaculation and ejacultion . Have noticed for over a year declining sensations associated with masterbation . Also, have discovered low Testosterone level. Went to Men's Clinic for help and was put on Androjel 1.62. Over period of 7-8 month period of two and then four pumps per day ,it climbed up to 690 initially but then dropped to 470 in 3 mos. and then plummeted to 217 3 mos. later!!!!! The Cialis and Viagra the PA gave hardly worked at all and when it did give firm enough erections ,was not able to keep them very long!!!!!!!!!! Have been trying to eliminate possible causes before resigning to the reality that back issues are the cause!! PA has put me on Dostinex (Cabergoline) to see if that can help me to ejaculate much sooner. Have learned from this site that it takes a while to work. Only been on it for 2-3 weeks. Have wondered if prostate massages would help that issue as well as help promote a healthier prostate????? I understand that it is controversial among Urologists. Any help would be appreciated!!!! Leo
