I'm curious to know if a man has experienced an external stressor (finasteride, accutane, overtraining, steroids) that causes secondary hypogonadism and sexual arousal dysfunction that has persisted long-term, can that man still father a healthy child? Or if he fathers a boy, the boy will be born with congenital defects, hypogonadism and/or altered gene expression due to the fathers experience?

I know this is a complicated question. Has anyone here who is still recovering fathered a male child?

I am working on it. I talked to a few guys with PFS who had normal children and that convinced me to try. But we really wont know if these kids have vulnerability or not.
