I thought this is worth sharing. Those of you who've followed my posts know I've been struggling with libido & ED issues for awhile. Very few things have made a difference, including pharmaceuticals. Ginkgo is one of the few that has had a consistent effect on both drive and erections. I notice the effect from the first dose. Here's some science behind it. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20411379 Apparently it increases dopamine, reduces prolactin, and increases nitric oxide. These are all pro-sexual effects. It has numerous other benefits as well, but I covered the most important ones :biggrin: I've been taking MRM Ginkgo B 60mg twice a day. The only side effect seems to be sleep interference if taken too close to bedtime... but I am a chronic insomniac anyway. Its a winner.
