Joint swelling and pain is something which is seen common while doing exercises and training. Certain foods have been shown to fight such back pain, joint pain or any other inflammation in your body. While some foods can make things worse, there are plenty of tasty anti-inflammatory foods that can ease swollen joints and other related pain due to exercising. It will be best to include anti-inflammatory foods in your diet and limit the foods that may trigger joint pain. Take a look at this blog- http://www.coloncleansetoronto.ca/blog/general-category/2150/ . I found it really helpful and thought to share it. Hope this helps for someone.
