The only things known today that can fix a NO-crippled mitochondria are Red Light (best around the 650nm and 850nm wavelength bands), and Methylene Blue (lose doses of 1-3mg a day will work).

Because I have dark skin, I use the D lamp twice a day for 10 minutes each time (morning and afternoon), I find that works for me. Initially I was using 5 mins per day, that didn't give me the desired effect. I can tell you though that my daughter is very fair (half Portuguese), and she uses it two to three times a week, and gets better results than me. Skin tone matters. I use the Solar Glo for 4-6 hours per day. I still go outside in the sun when available, but I have not seen the sun in about two weeks now where I live. I have the black light on morning till evening. I have also incorporated other things that Dr K suggested, but as far as light goes... the above are the ones I'm hacking right now. With the way I'm feeling currently though, I know I will be able to titrate the use of D lamp to use it less.

I started out at 56, results from Sept/15. Started using the lamp the first week of Oct after consult, did other Vit D test just recently, around Dec 2nd I believe, so I was using it for close to 2 months

Since our consult in early Oct with my daughter, we started the black light, along with a D Lamp, as per your suggestion.... Hugh difference in mood, sleep hygiene, all aches and pain... a thing of the past... energy through the roof... the list goes on and on... it's just been an amazing ride, words can't even express the euphoria. This is best I've felt at this time of the year in 10 years. For my daughter, the best she has felt in the last 4 years, at this time of the year. Also, took your suggestion and tested D levels for me and my daughter after six weeks of UV light and D lamp... mine is 95 ( wish it was higher, dark skin), my daughter's is a whopping 165 (now I know why she feels so good all the time lately). Last year when she had all those issues we spoke about... her D level was 26 (mmmm....wonder why she was so depressed). No D supplements either. I endorse everything above, UV light has improved every aspect of our life, since our consult with you.... and I only have you to thank for that!

Here are some YT videos on it. This one on the Control Pause and how this self-test can show you the state of your health. I was not able to hold my breathe past even 20!.
The 2nd video is an actual demo of doing a 4 min Buteyko breathing exercise.

Heteroplasmy is the presence of more than one type of organellar genome (mitochondrial DNA or plastid DNA) within a cell or individual.

    • Jack in his post and and Doug Wallace in video mention
      Northern Europe haplotype

I got impression that it is at least good to know one's (maternal) haplotype.
    • But not sure what to do with that info, or how would it change any decision.
      -----
My 23and me tells that my
      ---------
      maternal
      Haplogroup: H5, a subgroup of H
      Age: greater than 15,000 years
      Region: Europe, Near East
      Example Populations: Lebanese, Polish, Irish
      ----------
      paternal
      Haplogroup: I2, a subgroup of I
      Age: 28,000 years
      Region: Eastern and Southern Europe

      /
Additionally Doug Wallace made a point that any future study, to be effective, should be made on well defined subgroups (even if they would consist smaller amount of individuals) rather than massive amounts of not defined (by haplogroups) individuals.

This is with PHIL in mind, but may help anybody.

They also need to know that supplementing ubiquinol is highly beneficial for "statin patients only" because it shortens the distance between the same proteins to lower the energy barrier for quantum tunneling of electrons. Nicotine, MB, and red light all shortens the respiratory chain............because they all do some interesting things to the EZ around the mitochondria called the MINOS.

    Nicotine ----> gum
    .......
EZ - Easy Zone -> 4th Phase of Water (do not worry about that).

EYE is a camera (everybody knows that)
    but
EYE is a clock (not many realize that)

    camera see visible light
clock is sensitive to UV light (most powerful) ultraviolet (UVA, UVB, UVC)
    and
    IR-A infrared least powerful (heat)

Light shining into eyes releases hormones of front (anterior) pituitary
When that light is natural, it comes in the right time
    Synthetic light:
    does not come naturally
    does not have right frequencies
    timing is off

    Anterior pituitary
    • Adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH)
    • Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH)
    • Luteinising hormone (LH)
    • Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)
    • Prolactin (PRL)
    • Growth hormone (GH)
    • Melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH)
    ....
Note that above listed hormones control many other hormone (systems).
    ....
This is how Circadian Rhythm is being maintained (or screwed).

Jack - can you tell the quantum story on cardiomyopathy? My grandfather, father and aunt all had it and needed heart transplants. My other aunt was recently diagnosed as well. Now everyone in my family thinks we are all genetically doomed. I know epi-paleo is the antidote, but my words aren't convincing them. I need some JK words.

no DC electric current during day and no non linear optical signaling at night leads to energy loss in cardiomyocytes they get larger by EMF2 blog......anything that loses energy enlarges to get thermodynamically better............As the heart gets bigger it fails in diastole and bad rhythms are common. DHA and UV/IR light are great ways toslowly reverse the process. A faster way is to go to UCLA and look for Ernst von Schwartz and get on his GH protocol in his IRB research. GH is a dopamine analogue in case youre wondering.
