Hey guys, just looking for opinions on my wife's thyroid labs. She's taking 3 grains of nature thyroid. Main concern is that TSH is totally suppressed? I don't really like to see that. Also T4 is bottom? I know desiccated thyroid doesn't have enough T4. Maybe she would be better replacing one of those grains with a little synthroid to balance.

    TSH 0.009 Low uIU/mL 0.450-4.500
    Thyroxine (T4) 4.5 ug/dL 4.5-12.0
    Triiodothyronine,Free,Serum 3.9 pg/mL 2.0-4.4
    T4,Free(Direct) 1.11 ng/dL 0.82-1.77

I know Dr. M told me he like Total T4 around 6 if on Armour. So that may be a good idea to swap a bit.

3 grains is a lot, amazing it takes that much to get her there.
